Nice quite park with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Interior street corners are a bit tight for maneuvering, but the sites are paved, level and sufficiently roomy with plenty of spaces between them. Well maintained park. Would stay here again.

Sites were gravel and relatively level. This park has the potential to be a nice summer destination with a lot of activities for the children. It was raining and cold when we arrived so didn't get a chance to look around too much. Staff were friendly and helpful. One nice plus is free garbage pick-up at your site. Would stay here again when passing through.

Small park located near the port. Cramped with tight turns, the spaces are small and close together. Parking for a toad or towing vehicle is very limited. The park is partially filled with park models. Staff very friendly and helpful. Park is clean and well maintained. Compared to the rest of the parks in the immediate area, this appears to be the best one. Not a good place to bring children as there is little to do in the park. Would stay here again for a one nighter but it is definitly not a distination park.

Conveniently located directly off of I-80 in West Sacramento. Friendly and helpful staff. Most sites are gravel, with a few paved. Some freeway noise, but not unbearable. Park is clean and well maintained. Only negatives we observed were 1) even though the park was only partially full, the check-in staff could have done a better job of leaving at least one space between people currently there and new arrivals. 2) even though the rules state that you are not to drive or walk through empty sites, the staff ignore those rules. This is rather irritating when you have the door open and are watching TV or other activities. This is especially annoying when you travel with small dogs as they get excited and like to "protect" the homestead.

Stayed here for a week in June, 2007. Staff friendly. Sites decently spaced and easy to get in to. Clean campground. Only one in town. Would be good for an overnight or a bit longer stay. If passing through, would stay here again.

Have stayed here a number of times while passing through. Staff are friendly and upon check-in, they normally have cookies for you. Sites are a bit cramped and maneuvering around the back corners can be a challenge for large rigs. Some attention to the landscaping would raise my rating. What grass there is - isn't. I would stay here again as it is well located and easy to get into and out of from the freeway.

As others have said, there is a lot of concrete there. The staff are friendly and helpful. The landscaping is fairly new and immature but will be a welcome addition. The sites are decently sized although a bit close together. WIFI is there and free, but a bit temperamental. Will stay there again on the way through.

The only reason I rated this campground an 8 (instead of a 10) is due to the lack of sewer hookups, but they do have a dump area and a free to use roll around for dumping your rig. Staff indicated that there will be full hookups by next year. The staff is exceptionally friendly. We have business occasionally in Reno and have tried all the campgrounds in the area. This is, by far, the friendliest and quietest one we have found. Reno is a bit of a drive, but not a bad one. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice campground with friendly staff. Sites were roomy and easy to access. Although we stayed here during the off-season and weather was wet and cold, the site drained well with no standing water. Will definitely come back during the summer months as this resort will be an excellent vacation destination.

Campground has been improved over the past number of years. Sites are a bit cramped and, in the area we stayed, all paved. Easy to access the site. Close to highway noise. Staff friendly, but charged for extra person, even though there were only two in our party. Good overnight stop.

Nice quite park close to town. Easy access from/to Interstate 5. Staff are exceptionally friendly. Sites are long enough, but entering and exiting most sites is a bit cramped due to narrow roadways with some long term folks parking close to the roadway. We make it a point to stay here when we travel through, or have business in, the Redding area.

Very friendly staff. Sites are easy to access and plenty big enough. Some shade trees. Graveled spaces with concrete parking pad. Upper parts of park give good views of the towns of Laughlin and Bullhead City as well as the Colorado River. Have stayed here before and they seem to be continually improving the facilities. Will definitely stay here again.

The sites designated for their members are decent and roomy. The sites designated for C2C and other memberships are the typical back in sites that leave little room for anything. The hook-ups and sewer connections are at the back of all sites, so plan ahead. There are no picnic tables. Unless this is your "home" camp, or you're a Western Horizon (WH) member, expect arrogant, abrupt, and rude treatment, especially if you are staying in the "low rent" rows assigned to C2C and other memberships. The only decent person I ran into was the one that was trying to sell me a Western Horizon membership. You are referred to this person to finish up the registration process when you check in if are not a WH member. The park "hosts" are less than helpful and quick to call you on it if you violate (even unknowingly) their park rules. However, it seems to be okay for them to ignore those same rules. My reservation was fouled up when I arrived, and continued to be fouled up. I was assigned a site and when I went to occupy it, it was already occupied. I returned to the office and after some amount of discussions (not quite an argument) about that site being empty, I was assigned the site next to it. The people occupying the first site were not scheduled to leave for a week. I was scheduled to leave on the 5th and one of the “hosts” came knocking on the 2nd at 11:10 a.m. (check out is 11:00 a.m.) and asked me why I hadn’t vacated my site. I am glad that the WHO chain is opting out of C2C and RAP so they can "make more room for their own". I would definitely not stay here again, even if I had the opportunity. Arrogant snobs, is the best term I can come up with.

Small park. All gravel sites. Utilities at back end of sites so come prepared. Sites are roomy. The park is excellently located, close to the beach and town. Beach is within walking distance. Friendly staff. Would stay here again.

Camped there using Coast to Coast. Absolutely the rudest staff I have run across in my travels. In my opinion, they have elevated rudeness to an art form. Some areas of the campground are just okay. The Coast to Coast part is a gravel area with no shade. This one is crossed out of my places to stay.

Friendly staff upon check in. Sites a bit cramped but adequate. Close to freeway noise. Gravel sites with paved patio area. Utilities are at the back end of each site so come prepared. Semi-permanent residence friendly/helpful. We were here for a week and would stay here again on our way through.
